What does a Medical Facial treatment include?
We pride ourselves at our ability and knowledge to customize all treatment to your individual skin needs. Therefore, the steps performed may vary between individuals but also from one treatment to the other
What does a Medical Facial feel like?
The treatment itself is quite relaxing, however patients may experience a mild tingling sensation or heat during the Clinical Peel step as a result of the highly concentrated products used. Your medical aesthetician will make sure that you are comfortable at all times during the treatment and will not leave the room at any point. If you are experiencing any form of discomfort, simply mention it and it will be addressed right away.
Should I expect any downtime after treatment?
As a result of the Clinical Peel, patients may experience mild sensitivity and redness for 24-48 hours after the treatment. Depending on the original state of your skin, you may experience light peeling that will typically start on day 3 and last for 2-3 days. If peeling occurs, do not peel off the skin but simply hydrate it properly. It will speed up the healing process and reveal beautiful, fresh skin.
