Is an EMSCULPT NEO® treatment painful?
As the HIFEM® energy only stimulates the motor neurons (not the sensory ones) the treatment is not painful. The sensation is similar to an intense workout with a warming sensation in the treated area.
When will I see results from my EMSCULPT NEO® treatment?
The treatment protocol is 4 treatments spaced 1 week apart for optimal results. Clients report that muscle definition, fat reduction and overall toning of the treated area is more evident beginning 4 – 8 weeks after the last treatment and continue to improve for several weeks following treatment.
Are there any clinical studies to support EMSCULPT NEO® claims?
Yes. There were seven new clinical studies completed that showed consistency in eliminating fat and/or building muscle. There have also been 30 scientific publications since 2018 making HIFEM the most intensively researched technology used in non-invasive body shaping.
Can I get these kinds of results with a personal trainer?
The short answer is no. The supramaximal contractions and the pattern with which these contractions occur are not achievable during personal trainer sessions.
